Very efficient, reasonable price

We were greatly satisfied by the diversified planning and work provided by LP Homes on our home. Johnny Abrams was outstanding in helping us realize our plans for a new deck on the house that included a water runoff system so that weâ d have a dry patio area underneath. In fact, he completed the entire job including demolition of old deck and patio, construction of the new deck, installation of new patio pavers, deck lighting and even installing a water faucet up on the deck within our time frame and within our budget!! Outstanding people working for himâ ¦and heâ s already been out to check on how everything was looking/working several months after the job was completed. Weâ ve built 3 homes in the past and used a number of contractors in other areas of the Mid-Atlantic States. LP Homes (and Johnny) were the very best weâ ve ever employed. Will call them first with anything in the future.

The completion of our sunroom took months longer than initially promised, but the final product was worth the wait.

I was fully satisfied with the work and the price. The crew performed professionally. They adhered to their schedule and kept in close communication with me throughout the project. Basically, they enlarged an existing deck from 12x20 to 16x20, added roof, closed in with eze-breeze windows and screen.

We had LP Homes replace our old deck with a screened in porch. The dealing and job were first rate. We were given a fair price and the work went just as planned. And the screened in deck looks fabulous. LP homes is a class act, easy to work with, and very skilled. We could not be happier with our new screened in deck. They will be my first call on my next project.

LP Homes was able to install stairs off the back of my house. They were quick to visit and provide a quote with a quick turnaround time as well for the install. Great value and quality.

I had a deck done and it is perfect! Did quicker then planned. Johnny did the design and did a great job and his team built it perfectly even adding a little too it to make sure it was perfect. Johnny has been so nice as well as his team. Having a door installed soon and have no fear that it will be great as well. So happy I chose LP!
