I was very pleased with the gutters that were installed - just as I wanted. The salesman/estimator who I dealt with was courteous and responsive to my concerns, even coming back after installation to ensure work was done to my satisfaction. Only issues: 1. I wanted a walk- around with the installers, but they left before I could do so. 2. Would have wanted to see the installers sweep and clean up when they were done. Overall good quality, professional job.

The estimator was prompt to get back to me and arrange for an estimate. The work to be performed was explained and my questions were answered by the estimator. When I agreed to the estimate the job was scheduled and completed within just a few days. Workers cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with this work.

I met with Mr. Horlacher on Nov. 28 and approved his bid. He said he would have it completed by Dec. 2nd or 4th. I have never heard back from him that he completed the project in our absence. This is a part-time home in St. George and we live in Salt Lake City. Not good.

So sorry for your experience. I was unaware that my Sales Rep was not responsive to your needs. I will make sure this does not happen again. Wish you would have accepted my apology when we spoke on the phone and taken me up on my offer to do the work the next day after we spoke on the phone for 1/2 the price.
