Lopez Mimo Concrete Work LLC

Very nice to deal with, good communication. Concrete pour has some discoloration that cannot be fixed. The slurry from the pour was not directed properly - and wound up coating a garden area in the front of our house. No water could get to the plants, consequently, we had to dig out the concreted soil and take to the dump. Now have to add more top soil. The gravel which was removed from the newly concreted area was spread out over the existing gravel drive but was not leveled or made smooth. Now the driveway is bumpy and we may have to have heavy equipment smooth it out again.

My project was to pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk and repair cracks and apply seal coat. I was very pleased with the overall job and quality of their work. One thing that would have made it perfect was a little more thought to cleaning the black residue and splatter on the plants and stones on each side of my sidewalk. It was quite a mess from the pressure wash.

I hired Mimo Lopez for replacing my old broken driveway. He is a true professional. His work is meticulous, communication excellent, work hours as agreed upon, finished the job timely, shows up when expected. I've already hired him to do more work. Very pleased!
