Very professional, courteous, hard working company staff. Dan was unstoppable! As problems arose, he worked through them until the job was complete! He worked non-stop for 8 hours. We admire his work ethics! And thanks to Justin for coming to Dan's assistance even though he was already done for the day! We have dealt with numerous contractors in the 43 years we've lived in this house. We have never met more professional, competent , hard working & unstoppable workers as Dan & Justin! We highly recommend them to anyone. And the prices are very reasonable. Everything you could possibly want in one company!

Our water stopped flowing sometime after 6:00pm on Monday evening. Got the referral for L & M, called and got Dan on the line within a couple rings. He asked a few questions, said heâ d be at our home in 30 mins, he arrived in 20. Diagnosed the problem and had the materials on the truck. Water was flowing in less than an hour! Super informative, extremely personable, prompt, efficient, and a super nice guy, and an excellent price! Highly recommend Dan and his company, L &M!!

Professional job, called on Friday at 5 p.m. as I just ran out of water. Dan asked a few questions to get an idea of what may be wrong. Told me he would be at my home 30 -60 minutes. Was at my house in less then 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem, extremely happy that he had all the parts on his truck. Changed out the pressure tank and switch. Added a cut off and drain to my plumbing lines. AWESOME job and all done within 1 1/2 after my initial call. Gave me a 10% discount as I am fire/police. Cleaned up after themselves and explained all the work & warranties to me. Highly recommend L M Well & Pump for your needs. Thanks again for being a lifesaver and professional.

This was an answer to prayer as far as I'm concerned. My home warranty company assigned L&M to me because my pressure tank/well pump kept tripping the circuit breaker. Not only did Dan come right away but he diagnosed the problem immediately and actually had the parts WITH HIM to replace both the well pump and the pressure tank. He worked with my warranty company for approval and finished the job in just a few hours. I am still in shock and very thankful. He was polite, did high quality work, made sure everything was working properly and most of all, I appreciate that he recognized my need as a customer and placed it as a priority. I have worked with three other well related companies (Allied, Hague, Phelps) over the past eight years and felt like they ran all over me and were a huge disappointment. L&M doesn't. He is a good guy who puts customers first and charges a reasonable price. From what i have heard, the other well companies have increased their rates during the pandemic whereas he did not!

I called Palmer Plumbing when the water pressure was low in the house. They recognized that the well pump was running continuously and could not bring the water pressure to its set point. They recommended L & M to work on the well pump. Palmer Plumbing did not charge for the problem diagnosis. I called L&M at 10 AM after Palmer left. L&M was at the house within 3 hours. Three hours latter L&M had pulled the 19 year old well pump, replaced it with a new, properly sized pump from the inventory on the truck, flushed the well, checked and charged the well pump pressure tanks under the house and was gone. Water pressure in the house is better than it was when I bought the house 10 years ago. As a curious engineer I watched and asked questions as they performed the work; each one of which was patiently answered with specific information. These people are truly excellent and their work is fairly priced.

Excellent service! He diagnosed the problem, and found it was not the most expensive thing, but just a problem with the valve in the house. He repaired promptly and was a great value!!! An honest vendor!!!
