Start to finish LCT was amazing. James walked me through every part of the process, and ensured that we understood how everything works. The project manager Eduardo kept me updated via text while I was away at work, and sent me pictures of their progress. They even quoted and completed an impromptu siding repair while the roof and gutters were being replaced. Project took under 2 days and I’m so glad we chose LCT for our project.

Met with Franklin for a estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable and estimate was competitive. He arranged a meeting with the owner Luis to come to my house and explain everything that they would do, what products they are using, the warranty of their work and material warranty. Also showed the certifications , license , insurance. They replaced my roof and chimney. Pulled permits, set up meetings, worked safely, and showed their craft and knowledge with their work. They cleaned the site and made sure that I was absolutely happy with everything. A few days later I noticed 3 minor ( ocd ) items. Feeling like I was looking for perfection in my ( ocd ) eyes, I sent pictures and said am I asking to much? I know it's ridiculous. The answer was absolutely not, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Thank you guy's for that. From the cumunication to the work to the clean up , I highly recommend them.

Luis and his team did a great job on our roof. We had a small leak and Luis was very open and honest about the work needed beyond just a quick repair. We chose to move forward with a metal roof, and it looks great. We will call LCT Construction again when we need more work done.

I was referred to LCT Construction by a friend who had been happy with work done at his house. In our case, the 2025 winter winds ripped up several sections of shingles, resulting in a question of repair/replace. Luis came out and was very helpful in identifying and documenting the damages, then offering alternative solutions. In the end, we decided to replace all the roofing shingles. The crew was here on time, professional and did a complete and thorough job. Good experience.

Luis and team were contracted to build a standing seam metal roof for an existing house with a shingle roof for their assurance of timely completion. Their price was competitive as well. This was originally planned for December 2024 but the project started in January 2025 due to weather events and freezing temperatures. His team went over and beyond braving the cold to remove the shingles and install the necessary material for the final metal roof. We wanted a specific metal roof system from a local company - Luis was able to source a supplier for that for the color and type. Moreover, the metal roof system was a mechanical lock system - Luis's team was able to find a the right device to implement the specific lock system needed. It was a bit of a learning process for his team but the final fit and finish is stellar and exhibits craftsmanship of his hardworking team. LCT is our roofing contractor of choice for the foreseeable future.

They beat out the local contractors by quite a bit. I was able to get the roof done plus gutters for less than what the locals were trying to charge just for the roof. Very easy transaction, they were in and out and the day and they cleaned up their mess. The roof looks fabulous!
