LC PB Inc re-roofed and performed repairs to the indoor entry area of our home., due to water damage. All work was performed in a highly professional manner. Louis Ceja, contractor, submitted a very competitive bid for the repairs needed. He and his crew worked timely and efficiently. His men cleaned up each day so that we were able to live in a safe/ clean environment . Louis maintained timely communication about arrival times and project schedules. We are pleased with the quality of work. Even the building inspector, when signing off on the project, without prompting, said â good jobâ . In light of these qualities, I can recommend LC Professional Builders Inc. for construction repairs/remodels without hesitation.

From the moment I requested an estimate for replacing the wood siding on my 3200 sq ft rental house, Luis was responsive and articulate in all communications with me. He worked this sizable project into his busy schedule on short notice to achieve completion before the start of the rainy season. He and his workers were always accommodating and polite to my renter's requests. The workmanship was excellent and never deviated from my initial request to complete the work as if it was his own house. Above all else, he was always very easy to talk with and friendly on every occasion. Finally, his invoicing never deviated from the initial estimate except when the work scope changed at my request. My only regret is that I don't have more work for him at the moment, but he will be my first choice in any future need of a contractor.

Luis and his workers did a fantastic job giving both our 30+year old house and ADU a complete makeover. They replaced the weathered beams, headers and trim. They replaced rusted gutters, draining spots, and siding. They filled in cracks and holes. They framed in tall columns. They replaced a 30 year old awning and hauled away old materials quickly and efficiently.They were meticulous about painting and were open to fix things that might have been missed. His team was alway on time if not early. Luis would add Saturdays to keep the job on time. He would let you know if there was a change in schedule. We found his estimates for the jobs reasonable. We are happy to recommend LC Professional Builders for future jobs.

Luis and his crew did an excellent job remodeling 2 bathrooms and even doing an extra job repairing an unexpected water leak in another area. They consistently worked hard and went out of their way to make sure everything looked and worked well for me. They took care to clean up each day and to protect other areas and items in the house. They also paid attention to details .Luis communicated well and showed integrity in his work and manner and in the price he charged. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company.
