Troy & Jethro were amazing & went above my expectations with the level of professionalism and customer care & service, not to mention the excellent job they did with solving our dead critter problem in our crawlspace insulation. They found & removed the problem that was making our whole house stink, they removed all the damaged insulation and problem areas and replaced it with fresh insulation and they also foamed and sealed any possible entry points and problem areas. They kept us informed step by step and with other problems they found for example our insulation duct had a big hole that was causing us to loose heat to the crawlspace and not heat the house properly, Troy offered possibly solution as well as pricing for the additional work we agreed on and he fixed that as well. They put down a protective layer of plastic to reduce the moisture coming up through the bare ground, My wife & I totally recommend Kumma Insulation for your repair needs thanks again Troy & Jethro

Troy was so helpful. Accommodating and insightful. He made adjustments to fit our specific needs plus helped us on technical options to best suit our specific needs. Much better pricing than others who quoted the job. Job sight was clean and neat when they left.
