Everyone I worked with was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Despite the fact that they were removing and adding insulation, there was no debris because they were so careful to keep my home clean. The best part was that the temperature in my son's room increased by six degrees in a matter of hours.

Koala Insulation was a great experience from start to finish. The free estimate was extremely informative, persuasive, and not pushy. The estimate ended up being more thorough and cost friendly than other estimates. The day of insulation was smooth. Shoutout to Jasper and Richard for their excellent work and great communication throughout the project. 5/5 - would recommend Koala to anyone.

We had insulation installed a week earlier by Koala. During the insulation, Jasper (insulator) suggested another area that we might consider installing blown-in insulation. We agreed and the second job was performed on Friday, the 24th. Jasper and Richard were on time, the insulation project was well done and they left the area very clean. Would use them again.
