My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and pantry, thanks to Kitchen Tune-Up of Exton, PA. The design, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and all materials were of the highest quality, and everyone from KTU and the independent contractors they hired dazzled us with their attention to our wishes and needs and to every detail. We now enjoy a beautiful, contemporary kitchen that is light and bright and open to the living areas. In place of a little powder room that went unused, we now use on a daily basis a very smart-looking pantry with storage for all our perishables plus tools and paints for all our household and crafting needs. We are appreciative that Jeff Toren and his entire team were ever-mindful of our schedules and the occasional changes we requested. We would not hesitate to recommend KTU!

My kitchen refacing was scheduled to be completed the week of December 5th-9th. I had workers from Kitchen Tune-Up come out to my place to take the proper measurements for my new cabinet doors and drawers (in addition to seeing the place at least twice before then for the consultations). I emptied all my kitchen cabinets and prepared for the work to be done that week, as requested. I was then disappointed to learn that 2 of my cabinet doors were incorrectly measured and I had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks for the correctly sized doors to come into stock and be installed. The worker also told me the cabinets were supposed to come pre-boarded, but were not, and he had to do this process at my place. Despite these inconveniences, and without any complaints, I accepted the outcome and put my kitchen back as best as possible, despite an entire cabinet missing a door and the other cabinet not fitting correctly. A few weeks later, I was told my kitchen cabinet doors were ready to be installed and I again made an appointment. Once again, the cabinet door was incorrectly measured and I was told it was going to be another 2-3 weeks to order the correctly-sized door and install it. Again, I did not complain and respectfully accepted the outcome. Almost 2 months later, my kitchen was finally completed today. I understand mistakes happen - we are all human. However, making back-to-back mistakes that resulted in an almost 2 month delay goes completely against what the company advertises: "Remodel Your Kitchen in Only 1-5 Days." It did not take 5 days. It took nearly 60. The company prides itself on being dependable, though this experience has left a poor taste in my mouth as it relates to measurement work and quality control. It was not very dependable. Owner would not speak to me on the phone about this issue. Employee offered to take funds out of his personal paycheck to help with the delay. Poor management. Unimpressed. Quality of work was good once finished, but the lack of customer service was lacking.

This was one of the worse project experiences I have ever had to go through. I went with them because I was sold on I would have a project managers and a team of people I could reach out to if I had any issues. The sales rep was very good and I bought his enthusiasm in the company. From the beginning, my experience was not on track. Our so called designer, promised many things and never delivered. I don't believe he knew what he was doing. He never wrote anything down and we constantly had to correct the project plan because of errors he made. After that when the program began my project manager basically came in showed me some papers and collected a check I never heard from him again unless he was returning my calls with a complaint. I was told it would take 5 days for my cabinets to be completed but they never coordinated enough workers to do the work. I constantly had different people come in to do work who really didn't understand the project. One person made so many errors that I needed to have 4 doors replaced because he put the wrong hardware on them or drilled on the wrong side of the door. The workers Paul, John and Steve did their best but they were set up to fail because their was no real PM to set time needs for the project. Even though my project is at 2 months past when it should be done, I am always put on the back of the list. I never felt like I was a priority. The work is still not done. I have to give credit where credit is due. They outsourced the counters to Imperial Granite and the backsplash to Tile By Arts. Both vendors did an A+ Job. My recommendation is is you are looking for a non hassle way to reface your kitchen Stay clear of Kitchen Tune-Up
