I hired King's Maintenance to do the siding on my house and they did a great job. The estimate was extremely reasonable, there were no surprise additional costs, the work was completed on time, to a very high standard, and they left the site as clean as when they started. Phillip King is one of the nicest people I've ever met and he was great to work with. He kept me updated on the status throughout and quickly returned any call I made. I've already hired him for additional work such as chopping down a big tree in front of my house (estimate was less than everyone else) and eventually will hire him to do work inside the house as well. I strongly recommend hiring King's.
