My recliner was fine. My couch looked pretty much the same as before they cleaned it. I could have done as well with a wet rag and a shop vac. When I contacted them about this, their response was that my niece (who was there to let them in) was told not to let the dogs on the couch until it was dry. I told them that she did not, that the dogs were still pooping in the other room when I got home, well after it was dry. So then they said it was probably dog slobber. I said **you mean to tell me that professional upholstery cleaner does not get out dog slobber?** And they responded that no, it usually comes out. So then they asked me to send pictures, which I did, clearly demonstrating that the couch was not remotely clean. As of the next day, I have gotten no further response. So basically, their response was **sorry about your luck**. Had I gotten any indication that they intended to make it right, I would not be writing this review. It was their response that was completely unacceptable. I really wish this review website had an option to post pictures! My couch looks just as bad as it did before they allegedly cleaned it. UPDATE 2/10/2021: The next day after I send pictures, they told me to spray water on it, but it doesn't look any better.

I called them back from drive when leaving. Sofa couch. I unzip case they had not only surfaced cleaned. Called them back next day didn t clean back or end of my sofa. Chairs same. Like it was close to wall so I wouldn t catch it. Still poor job on chairs. You can see what they cleaned and strips they missed . Chairs are pale lime parts of them need redone but I won t have them back in my home.
