Wisdom was awesome he had very great customer service and he was very professional.

Wisdom did a great job fixing and educating me on the well water system as we just moved from the city and knew nothing about it. He identified why the water was cloudy and helped me fix that as well. The smell of the water went down a lot after running the water. He let me know I need a sulfur tank as well. He’s very friendly and I would recommend this company and I hope he comes back to service the water in the future. Great first impression of this company!!

Kinetico goes above and beyond to make sure your family's water is the highest quality it can be here in central Florida. The service people are excellent and take time to explain your system, as they service it &/or install it. We have had one issue with our reverse osmosis system, (in the 15 years we've had the system). They made a quality repair on it, and we've had no other problems. We recently had preventative maintenance on our system, just to keep our water at it's best quality and our system at it's peak performance. The serviceman (Robert) was at my home on time, cleaned our system, changed out the carbon in the buried filter, added salt into my softening system (at cost), and left me feeling like a cared for customer! I would highly recommend Kinetico for your water softening and purifying needs. The Kinetico office staff and servicemen are knowledgeable, caring, professional, and ready and waiting to assist you!

Our tech, first name “Wisdom”, was by all accounts what a tech should be. On time, very polite and professional, extremely thorough and obviously new his craft. He represented in person what Kinetico has proven in our K60 system for the last 22 years, with reliable service and zero issues. Just our annual preventative service like “Wisdom” performed today. We got our first Kinetico back in 2012. When it was time to replace some systems, we came back and we are so happy that we did. The team here is fantastic. Matt came to the house and not only took care of the issues that we were having, but then offered some perfect solutions to address ongoing concerns. He worked directly with the owners to find the parts we needed quickly so we didn't have to wait for quality water. They worked with us on budget and installation was a breeze! Matt was so friendly and helpful. We felt safe with him working on the premises and he was very respectful of our time and property.

The guys that came out to do the work did a great job in making sure that they were able to install the system that same day even though they had some issues along the way. The guys even helped me bring in a package that I had received that was to heavy for me to left. Mike the sales person was very helpful and even picked up the phone and answered some questions for me on his time off. Thank you all very much and I am very happy with my water system!!

Glad they could provide salt refill service. Getting too old to heft those bags.
