Got off on the wrong foot w/estimate including boilerplate language (?) that made no sense. It cited a roof structure that was sound when in fact a large section was missing; burned away completely in a fire. Hired them for an 2nd project, but couldn't get them to show up. Couldn't get them to make a commitment to a date/time after they failed to show up (without calling) on either the agreed date, or fall-back date. I begged them to perform; explained how they were ruining my relationship w/my client (I'm a general contractor), and preventing me from billing a large amount of $ w/this customer as their piece was the final part of a big job.

Kidd-Luuko did a very nice job on installing my roof. They had good communications and were very prompt with the work. They cleaned up very well, but handfuls of nails were under the dumpster (in my driveway) when it was removed after they were gone.

Friendly phone contact, informative & competitive quote process, financing assistance (information), good product knowledge, delivered dumpster & materials exactly as scheduled and placed where owner requested them to be, conscious of weather and performed roofing on a clear day, friendly, approachable roofers, good protection of building & shrubbery during roofing, very, very good clean-up. My experience was a very good one, I would use Kidd-Luukko for any future roofing needs I have. Willing to discuss my experiences with others through email (only).
