The guys who came lied to me, I got a permit and they charged me $1280 to run lines to tank, I asked why so expensive? he told me that they had to get a separate permit and inspector would be here in a few days. 6 month later the inspector shows up and tells me no one signed off the job LIES LIES LIES

West.i would not recommend this company at all they do not know what they are doing when you tell them what you want done they don't do it I had a house that had water going to it and I told them that I want it all the water going in that house stopped from going in the house they did not do it they did not cut the water pipes a loose from that house so I would not recommend them to anyone and hope no one calls them to do any repairs for them they're rude and no good

Called for a leak and a bathroom remodel that I was doing. I am not a plumber, so I told the crew what I needed done. They installed the fixtures for the sink, tub, and toilet. They did not fix the leak (the main reason I called). When I called about it, Wes was an absolute jerk. My son even commented on the way I was treated. They gave a Veteran's discount, but that doesn't mean much if they're going to charge for a second visit. I cut an access panel out in my boy's room so the tech could get to the pipes that needed repaired and the tub drain. Again, the pipes were never touched. $1350 for an incomplete job, awesome. I won't be using them again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Keith the Plumber responded immediately and came to the house. It cost more than quoted; however there was more involved. Happy with service.

I am extremely happy with the response I received from Wes in the office. Roger and his assistant were so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The work was completed in a timely manner and I would highly recommend them.

Super fast response time and they went above and beyond. They even went to Lowe’s purchased the new faucet that I wanted then came back and installed it. That’s quite amazing customer service.
