This is a great company to deal with. Ray Arjona, owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy. It took a little longer to get my job done as Ray wanted to make sure that the weeds and diseased grass in my yard were killed before installing new sod. I also increased the amount of sod installed three times. I increased the amount as Ray's pricing is much cheaper than anyone else I obtained quotes from. He offers great service and a good product at a fair price. I really appreciate his being on time for appointments. He would be at my home at the agreed upon time and if he was running late he would always call and let me know. He kept me informed during the entire process and actually installed my sod 4 days earlier than I expected. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again This is a great company to work with.

Owner Ray Arjona is very knowledgeable about types of grass and proper preparation and installation. He recommended Seville St Augustine for my part shade yard. He killed of & removed old lawn, added 5 yds topsoil to low areas & raked in. Partner Diego installed irrigation system, then sod was installed by an experienced crew that laid whole yard in 2 hrs. Ray kept in touch by text & phone between visits and was here on site working for every stage of the job. Lawn looks beautiful. Highly recommend Keep It Short. Top notch!

Over all great experience Ray was very professional and knowledgeable. There was a small problem with my installation and Ray called me and kept me informed I did not have to worry about a thing. Every thing was handled and he did not miss a beat.

Ray is very knowledgable about all types of grass and their individual maintenance requirements. He was helpful and thorough in supplying me with all of the information I needed regarding the various grass types that I was deciding between, including pricing. He is a true landscape professional who stands by the quality of the sod that he provides and he helped transform our yard into being the envy of the neighborhood.
