Could not be more pleased with Kevin Kearns and his Kearns Construction company. His extensive knowledge, and commitment to excellence was evident in the photos and videos he showed us pertaining to the jobs he has done. It was so refreshing to deal with a person who takes pride in what they do and goes above and beyond what is expected to insure the project is done correctly. What struck us the most about Kevin was his high level of integrity; he not only took the time to understand our project, but went out of his way to insure we knew exactly what he would be doing to remedy our situation. Kevin Kearns is a bit more expensive than most contractors but for a good reason. There are many walls with defects, many projects being done incorrectly. With Kevin you absolutely get what you pay for, you will have absolutely no worries and have peace of mind that nothing will go wrong because Kevin will have you covered.

We had severe drainage issues in our yard that damaged our foundation and landscape. Most professionals we contacted suggested short-cuts, as the real (long-term) solutions were very complex and costly. Kevin was the only one who came to us with the full package of long-term effective solutions and the expertise to handle all of it. He diagnosed, repaired and saved our foundation, regraded our property, and installed a beautiful new patio and landscape that others in the industry have complimented. Kevin is a perfectionist and his work shows it. To anyone looking for a cheap fast job, look elsewhere. But for effective drainage solutions, extensive construction knowledge, plant & landscape expertise, and amazing quality of work, you wonâ t find better than Kevin.

This is to review the work performed by Earthscapes at my residence in Roseland, NJ. We had a huge sink hole in our front yard along with water entering our basement through the basement window as well as the ash clean out for our fireplace. Kevin gave a very thorough evaluation of the water problems and offered solutions to remedy our issues. Kevin is true professional and he keeps the cleanest, neatest work site we have ever seen. We are very happy with the results of the job Kevin did for us. Our water issues have been fixed! We would hire him again if we needed work that Kevin preforms without hesitation.

I didn't actually hire them to build anything, just inspect a retaining wall at a property I was interested in. Kevin came out and gave me a detailed and honest assessment of the situation. He responded quickly and went out of his way to help me out on very short notice over a holiday. I would recommend speaking with Kearns for your next project. Very informative.

Small shop - owner plus one. They did some re-grading work and result was ok (had some issues after) . They take multiple jobs so process moves slow. Its significantly more expensive than any other option I explored so I end up using them for only a portion of the job . Could not recommend without reservation

Kevin is incredibly meticulous - he will make everything perfect. He also kept everything neat and clean throughout the whole project. Highly recommend
