We were very pleased with Greg and the work his company did on our roof. His prices were fair, communication with him was very easy and the workers always showed up when scheduled. They are very good at what they do and always cleaned up the property at the end of each day. We would highly recommend using them.

Be sure to insist on communication responses. Greg gets very busy, and he is slow to respond sometimes. He provided detailed contract in writing, simply stated, no misunderstandings. No matter what estimate you are given, be prepared to pay up to 20 percent more. Workers never know what they might encounter when doing repair work. Be assured, they will find something that requires more money. Small roof replacement was completed in about six hours. Everything cleaned up well. Crew was quiet and fast. Assuming roof does not leak, seems like job well-done. Time will tell!

Professional, organized and very good about cleaning up when finished

I did my homework, researched many contractors, received several estimates, and personally met with a few. Greg's proposal was very competitive. He met with me and took his time explaining the entire project. I had a new roof, 4 skylights, gutters, & downspouts installed. Work was completed on time, in a professional manner, and cleanup both inside and out was thorough. The interior finish work on the skylights was excellent. There were no hidden charges. It was great dealing with a local company and directly with the owner. As a side note, approximately four years ago,I had similar work (excluding skylights) done on another property I own by another contractor who has since retired. Greg's work was 5 star, similar to my prior experience. I will call Kay Home Improvement for relevant, future work. Thanks Greg for making certain that the work was completed within my requested timeframe.

We sought out to replace our roof prior to solar installation. We were pleased to deal with a local company and specifically deal with the owner who was very honest and professional. He was patient after giving us the estimate knowing we had to wait on the solar approvals to come in. When we finally received the approvals, Greg set up our roof work timely. Greg's team showed up exactly when he said they would and they worked like a well oiled machine throughout the day. The roof looks amazing and his team cleaned up everything before they left and even moved lawn furniture and flower pots right back where they found them. They made sure they left everything exactly how they found it when they arrived...frankly we were amazed how much attention to detail his team paid to where everything was located. We already have other projects we plan to work with Greg on and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality and honest home improvement specialist. THANKS GREG!!!
