Kansas renovation and paint did a great job on our exterior painting of our house! Communication throughout the process was great! Prices were fair with compared companies. There was a little confusion initially with what was included with the estimate but wasnâ t a real big deal. The owner and his son were very friendly and respectful of our property and for my wife and I and overall did a great job! I would definitely recommend them for any work that you may need done!

Cesar did amazing work. He and his crew worked diligently to complete the many jobs I hired them to do. The first job was the biggest; painting my two story home. I am happy to say it looks incredible!! I would highly recommend this contractor to anybody wanting quality work completed at a fair price.

Cesar Fernandez was WONDERFUL to work with. We are incredibly impressed with the quality of his work for the price - SUPER fair price, very easy to work with, incredibly accommodating, and amazing at his job. We were so happy with how fast and precise he was for painting that we plan to hire him back to help out with some other projects inside (replacing floor boards, etc.). I feel lucky to have found him for our interior updates - the new coat of paint looks EXCELLENT, he and his son were quick, efficient, and left the place in pristine shape. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kansas Paint & Renovation recently completed painting the exterior of my house & yard shed. They did a fantasic job cleaning & caulking the house & had meticulous attention to detail. Cesar offered valuable suggestions & communicated effectively. As they painted they found & fixed issues that needed attention which was appreciated. They effectively covered windows, lights, etc.. preventing them from being affected by the painting process.
