Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. The price was fair and they never found reasons to raise the price. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them.

Cory is a total pro. He does what he says he will and he cares about the details. A pleasure to work with.

Cory did a great job replacing my 30+ year old deck. He is very precise in his work and takes the time to do it right.

Cory is great and a reliable worker. We have a bathroom that needed some update and he installed the floor, a new window, new toilet, new vanity light, new sink top and hardware, and painted the sink vanity. At the end of the project there were a few finishing details that needed some adjustments which they came back to do it. We are happy with the end result of our bathroom and would recommend his service.

Cory is a highly intelligent professional who is goes beyond what is required for each project. He leads a talented team that is able to accomplish with craftsmanship anything type of skill that needs to be done. His company is a value with his competitive fee structure and I recommend him highly.

Cory has done an enormous amount of work on my residence as well as my rental over the past three years. He has remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and made them more handicapped accessible for this senior citizen. I didn't need a plumber nor electrician as he was able to install and hook up all appliances himself. He has painted the entire downstairs and updated the lighting in both rooms, as well as the basement, breezeway and garage. Additionally he replaced my back deck, strengthening one corner so I was able to add a 350 gallon outdoor aquarium (installed by Gavin Gardens) Cory and his crew replaced my front deck and added a handicapped ramp. Cory also upgraded my outside lighting and installed security cameras. I have had a wonderful, trusting relationship with Cory and his crew. He has a wonderful sense of humor, listens carefully to what I want, and then makes suggestions based on his expertise. His workmanship is SOLID! I trust him completely!!

I was able to give the gentleman that came over instructions as to what Iwanted done, moving a lot of heavy things in the basement and and re-organizing items I could not move and he was able to do it well. I was actually able to go upstairs and take care of things without having to sit and watch him to make sure he did the work correctly. I was very happy with the work.
