Cory and his team were professional, conscientious and knowledgeable. They demolished an old, decaying front deck/porch and constructed a beautiful new one. They worked thoughtfully, efficiently, with careful attention to detail and took genuine pride in their work, checking in with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond, making sure that all aspects of the walkway meshed with the finished deck stairs with careful attention to safety. They honored their time commitments and even worked through a rainy day by pitching a canopy so that work time would not be lost. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair and the finished deck is perfect in every way. Cory and his team were a pleasure to work with and we look forward to using Kalthoff Handyman Services in the future.

Cory came when expected and his work was professional.

First used Corey to remove garbage disposals, he did a great job. He had to make a couple of trips because of parts, always showed up when he said he would. We also hired him to fix convoluted light switches and again to install light fixtures. Extremely reliable, very knowledgeable.

Really pleased and happy with Corey's work and cooperation when I had to keep changing the appointment. He was willing to tackle several little things that I kept finding when he was here...we just moved into an older home and issues kept popping up; he was willing to help with everything. Really delighted with the service.

As you know, it is almost impossible to find a reliable and ethical contractor. Cory was fantastic in returning phone calls, showing up on time and his finish work was impeccable. You would be very wise to retain Corys services.

Kalthoff Handyman Services did a fantastic job removing the popcorn from my ceilings and repairing the water damage on the ceilings. They were very professional and cleaned up and mess there was left. I will be using their service in the future!
