I had a difficult printer problem...even though Lou worked on it for over an hour and a half, Lou confirmed that the printer was defective and it was in my best interest to return it to Epson. I wanted to make sure that was the right decision before I began the frustrating return process. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to try to fix the problem.

I received same day service! I received a window-of-time and a call when Lou was on his way. Lou is very professional, friendly, and really knows what he is doing. I will contact him again, if I have any more computer/printer issues. To me that is a treasure!!!
