An easy 5 star rating! As clients, we are VERY particular, and know just enough to be dangerous with certain handyman projects. Therefore, electing to use contractors for anything is always a difficult decision for us. Given this background info, you can rest assured with K & X Services as we can confidently recommend Kristian and the team for any of your home needs. There is tremendous care and thought that goes into the analysis and estimation of each project, and Kristian was willing to work with us to take out the pieces we wanted to do ourselves. The team is respectful of your living space - we have never seen a crew so highly prioritize having a clean work area - and they work incredibly hard, including over weekends when needed. If we ever had project concerns, Kristian was prompt to respond and always willing to come out for an in-person discussion when needed. We recognize this level of service is time consuming and, in our experience, quite rare in the industry.

The work they did included installing an asphalt driveway with concrete apron. They replaced our front walkway, sidewalk, and stairs in concrete. In the back they did a small area with pavers. The teams for the work were very professional and clean. All work was completed in a timely matter. The only delays were weather related. Most importantly, the work Kristian did was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Very hard workers!!! Even work on Saturdays... None of my other contractors worked on a weekend. Work was superb and good quality. No prefab used... everything was built from the ground up!!! Thank you Luigi and Kristian!!!

Kristian and his team did an excellent job on the stonework for my steps and walkway...will definitely be hiring them again for other things.

Kristian worked well with me to select the best materials to make the bathroom remodel stand out without gutting the entire room. Since the entire project was done remotely via the internet/email, I particularly liked the suggestions and follow through from K&X to manage the scheduling with my renter and minimize their impact.
