Ken has the vision to see the project through, start to finish. He also listened to our input and was always willing to change or accommodate to our needs. Ken dealt with all permits, inspections, and sub-contractors whenever required. Ken turned a 1970's rumpus room into a room that should be upstairs in our home, not downstairs as the basement in our home. Ken was a phone call away (answered respectively) during the entire job. I would not hesitate to work with Ken again should the opportunity arise.

Ken is a great, reliable guy and he did an amazing job repairing some very water damaged/disintegrated framing (rim joist, sill plate and associated support, and floor joists) under an old sliding glass door that we needed to replace. He did the job the right way and was very thorough, coming back several times to make sure the new door was water tight. He even re-flashed our deck when he noticed there was still a very small leak after the slider was replaced (he didnâ t replace the door, but wish we would have had him do it instead of Power). If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor, look no further than KDS development. He will be our first call choice on our upcoming bathroom/closet renovation

We are so happy with how our home renovation turned out. This is not our first project with Ken. He is precise, responsive and is always willing to take the time to brainstorm ideas. He is mindful of cost and time and will go above and beyond to problem solve to get the most effective and safe outcome. He is a hard worker and uses trustworthy subcontractors. Also, we ended up finishing this renovation during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Ken was mindful and successful at social distancing, minimizing any risk of contact. If we ever need any other work done on our home we will go to him!

Ken is an absolute pro. We reached out to multiple contractors for our basement remodel, and we immediately knew Ken was the right person for the job. He was enthusiastic and could see our vision. He remodeled our basement into a laundry room and play room, as well as added a new custom closet to our master bedroom. Our house was built in the 1920s and in our eyes it was not an easy project, but to Ken, he welcomed the project and managed it flawlessly. He worked with us each step of the way and was an excellent communicator. Between the electricians, plaster, plumbers, and painters, he brought in to help complete the job, we trusted all of them and they all did amazing work. Ken also did a lot of custom shelving work for us and we could not be happier with our new storage solutions. He also did a great job keeping with the character of our house. He matched the molding and doors to remain consistent throughout the house. We have already recommended Ken to all of neighbors, and would be happy to recommend him to anyone in need of a renovation or contractor. We would love to work with him again in the future. Ken was a dream to work with. He reviewed every step of the remodel with us, and made sure we were happy with every detail. If we weren't - he would change or modify to ensure we were.
