Dennis reglazed my bathtub. He was responsive, professional communicative and did quality work. No high pressure sales, the kind of person you feel at ease with the minute you meet him. And he had to deal with my two 95# dogs which didn't faze him. I will recommend him and hire him again in the future.

Dennis did the work, but skipped spots and didn't paint them. Dennis also left a mess. he left many spots uncovered and he oversprayed many places including the floor and our doorknob. we called him, he kept saying he would come out - but he never showed up. we continued to call but he told us to "stop harassing him" - we threatened him with a lawsuit, he sent a check for $75 dollars to reimburse us for any cleaning. now after 3 months, parts of the paint on the wall are starting to crack near the caulk. now the caulk is developing mold. We do not recommend him at all. you should stay far away. he promises you the world but does shoddy work, and he doesn't back up his work - even though he offers a 10 year warranty.

I had a surface crack in my fiberglass bathtub. Dennis came and checked it out and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with and always right on time. I highly recommend Kand B Surfaces. John C.

Hired Dennis to refinish the tub in my home. Initially it looked good. Supposed to have a 10 year warranty, which is the only reason I considered doing this work because peeling looks worse than the original staining. Sent him a photo showing peeling within a year and never heard back from him. Was getting much worse and sent another couple of photos. Sent texts, left voicemails. Please don't pretend to stand by your work then ignore people when they reach out to you with a problem. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common issue. Stand by it and I will amend the review.

I was able to look up this customer and contact her because I did not receive her messages regarding the issues she was having. After we compared the messages, she understood that I didn't get them and I immediately took care of the issues. She tried to amend or delete this review but was unable to so she said she will post another review reflecting the quick and positive response she received from me.

This was left in error. I have spoken with the customer and it was unintentionally submitted. They have spoken with Angi multiple times to get it removed but it has yet to be taken care of. We will continue to try and correct this situation
