Jim the foreman was easy to work with and the quality of work by his crew was better than I expected. When I was told someone would be there, they showed up and did their job. I was particularly impressed with the cabinets made. The workmanship was made by a true cabinet maker. The cabinets were made with real plywood, the finish was the right colors. We picked out a man-made quartz abd the long piece was made out of a single piece not patched together.

K&B did a total kitchen remodeling. It was done in about 2 months. It would have been done sooner but we had to wait over 4 weeks for the countertop to be cut for our kitchen.

Jim was easy to work with and worked with me through all the changes I made as we were going through the project to make sure it was everything I wanted.

I chose KB Development because of other reviews on this site, and I was not disappointed. I had a custom detached garage built to my specifications. The quote was very competitive, all work was completed in a timely and professional manner, and everything was within the original purposed quote. The site-lead 'Jim" was very attentive and always available for any questions we had throughout the process. The garage turned out amazing! I highly recommend KB Development, and will call them first for any construction or renovation needs that I have in the future.

Did a very good job for the what we asked them to do. It was a small project and only took a couple weeks from initiation to completion. My only complaint was that a few times I had to reach out for a progress check initially. I do not mind reaching out I just don't like having to when, for example, I'm told, we'll get you an estimate tomorrow or the day after; then I have to call four business days later to ask again. Again, not a big deal but we had a fairly time sensitive project so it was just a little frustrating.

KB remodeled an old, old garage and made it look brand spanking new -- from roof to clapboarding to concrete flooring, all within a confined geographic area. Not an easy task. And Jim made sure that he and his team stayed with the project until there was complete customer satisfaction.

If it wasn't for the foreman on the job 'Jim' I would not have this building. The Surveyor made a mistake and it was Jim who remeasured the property and talked to the surveyor. I believe I got a great job.

Working with Jim and Kent was a pleasure! Personable, trustworthy, true professional quality work for a really great price!
