Tom is a very pleasant person and initially i thought I had a talented person doing my job. He started out great but towards the end of the project came the let down. He left paint stains all over the place. He left the job incomplete even thought he DEMANDED to get paid in full. He sort of finished the job several weeks later. I am not sure if this person is only used to new construction only where neatness does not count for much, but that is the impression i was left with. When I look at others who rated him, it is difficult to believe I hired the same guy! I want the guy that the others hired.

Hired him to paint 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Said he would do the job in 3 to 5 days. 6 weeks later job was still not finished. Showed up once a week, worked for a few hours and left. I can paint better than this guy. Got paint on the carpet did a half-assed job on the trim work. Asked for full payment half-way through the job. Got fed up and told him not to come back and finished the job myself. Next time I will hire a professional, not a handy man. Nothing professional or handy about this guy.

Tom was very easy to work with. It is a summer home and he had to get the keys from the real estate co. He painted 2 decks and installed 2 sliding screen doors. His prices are very good. I I would use for other projects that come up.

Tom came price the job came back & did what he said he would do. very dependable.
