John and his son were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, did the job efficiently, and left the area spotless. Spent time to show and explain how everything worked. If any problems did come up he troubleshooted the problem and would find the answer to solve it. I would highly recommend Johnâ s Audio/Video to anyone who needs AV work.

We had a wonderful experience with John's Audio Video LLC. John installed a new entertainment system in our home, including a sound bar and outdoor speakers. John and his crew were responsive To my calls and promptly called when they were going to be late. There was A issue with the cable box and John sent one of his team to get a new box. And returned and made sure system Worked properly. They definitely went out of their way to make this install Work the way we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional. They came precisely on time as scheduled. They knew just what they were doing and made helpful suggestions. Their charge was substantilly less than the big box store providing the same service. (The big box store quoted several charges they could not justify). They left absolutely no sign of debris from their work. I will have two more televisions to mount and will definitely engage John's Audio Video to perform the work.
