Contacted by our homeowners insurance company after a broken washer flooded our laundry room, leaked to a bedroom closet and downstairs to a spare bedroom and TV room...Delmer and his team, Maria and Paolo, explained what they would do to mitigate the problem. They arrived at 6:30 pm and worked until 11:30 pm, removing the soaked floor materials, including sub-floor in the laundry room; the many ceiling tiles in the downstairs rooms; moved furniture away from wet areas and removed wet carpeting; measured all areas for dampness; set up many heaters and fans for a 72-hr. spell. All the while, they explained what they were doing and why, took great care with our furniture and accessories, worked fast and hard, leaving our house clean and drying. Robert and Cynthia followed up with additional support, again explaining all they did. All were friendly and courteous. We would readily recommend them for any emergency recovery services needed.

Value I recently purchased my home in Pocono Summit Pennsylvania and sadly experienced a tragedy when one of my pipes burst, causing major flooding and water damage to my home. I was recommended to Jay's Restoration and i couldnt be any happier with their service. Highly professional and very caring. Jays Restoration were very attentive and informative throughout the whole process. I did not have to worry about anything at all because they deal with your insurance company directly. This gave me relief and comfort and took away the stress that comes with paperwork etc. That said, i paid nothing out of pocket. In no time, my house was completely repaired and all thanks to this wonderful company. Thank you so much and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will most definitely use your services again
