Javi's Exterior Construction, LLC

I employed Javier and his team for two jobs this summer, and I will hire them again as my top choice for the next project. They are excellent. One project was wood siding replacement and painting, high up on a ladder. The second job was the removal of a dangerously rotten pergola. Both jobs were done very well, in a short amount of on-site time, and for a fair price. Javier is a soft-spoken leader with a quiet team; they remain calm and thoughtful in their work, and they work hard. I was able to communicate with Javier by email effectively, and I had no trouble discussing the projects with him.

Started the job on time. Willing to work long hours to make up time and get it done. Quality of the work is great. All in all a nice clean job. Super tidy workers too. Cost was reasonable as well.

We had multiple estimates from local companies before trying Angi's list. We have a fair amount of knowledge about construction due to our many do-it yourself projects and all the other companies were way over charging! Javier was fast! We had good communication! The price was better than expected, and even when they ran into a few hiccoughs they did a great job and really fast service!

Javier and his crew arrived on the scheduled day at the preplanned time. The project was completed on the 2nd day as planned with a professional appearance. Probably would hire him again if the need arose.

Javier did a very professional job, he made sure that everything lined up even though the home was older with different addition making it difficult.

I contacted Javi and told him that I needed some quick repairs . He was very responsive to my situation . He did a superior job on my siding. When I pointed out another problem with the facia on my house, he told me that he could fix that as well and within a couple of days he was back to complete that project in a timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the excellent work with repairs and painting our home on the exterior. When we are ready to paint the interior, we will be calling Javiâ s. The painter, Rudy, is the best painter I have ever seen in my 40 years as a construction manager.

Professional, efficient top quality workmanship. I was so happy with the bid he gave me that I didn't look any further. But his craftsmanship stands alone. I will definitely call him again. He is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.
