Very professional and quick response and installed very quickly from the time I made the call. Price was fair. They installed a hot water heater. Matt the installer explained everything. I will now use the for my AC. I would highly recommend them.

Throughly professional, courteous, and prompt. We liked the fact that jackson snds its plumbers in a large truck rather than a smaller van. They bring everthing the need with them, so they can evaluate the problem and go straight to work. We would be plaesed to recommend this company and it's employees.

They had to send another plumber out (who was well qualified), to fix a problem that was not addressed by the first ones. I thought it was a major problem, but it ended up being a minor problem. If not for this, I had rated them 5.0. They were very courteous and respectful. I recommended them to some friends of ours, and they were satisfied with them also.

I was very impressed with the technical insight and diligence with which Matthew assessed essential parameters (e.g., gas line capacities) and then provided options consistent with his findings. In replacing our water heater, I found Matthew's craftsmanship to be exceptional, relative to attention to detail, and the subsequent follow through to ensure system integrity. There are many options relative to acquiring needed plumbing services. But based on my experience with Jackson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, I am further convinced that perhaps there is significant benefit in relying on the more established companies; the inherent skills they can and do offer, given their size and legacy, provide the best value when it comes to resolving complex issues. I will definitely call upon Jackson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for help with subsequent related needs.
