We hired Jackson Junk after they came out and gave us a free estimate. We live in Chicago so we were looking for a friendly, trusting company to assist us with cleaning out our parents home in Bloomington, Ind. From the minute I met them they were very easy to talk to and reassuring that they could help us. I had great vibes about them so we went ahead and hired them. They went above and beyond our expectations. They are a very friendly, hard working team. The gentlemen were prompt and efficient and did a wonderful job. If you have time to hire a donation pick up, do. I did not as I was emptying my deceased mother's apartment and paying for each day that it took to do that. One does not plan well in that kind of situation. I got a quote for removing an organ and a large solid wood computer hutch from Jackson Junk. When the gentlemen arrived, I asked if they could also take a mattress, box springs and sofa that the retirement community couldn't be bothered to move to their donation site. Yhe price from Jackson Junk went from $125 to $500 because that filled their trailer. I was assured that the items would be donated to a worthy cause and I was able to turn in the apartment keys and close that chapter of my life. Be sure to get a firm quote of all that you want removed or prepare to pay a much higher price.

Jessica Jackson and her team did a fantastic job clearing out an apartment for us. I also want to commend Jessica for handling the situation with compassion and professionalism. This is a rare combination. The team jot the job done for a very fair price and it meant so much to us that some items were donated in the process.
