New Link Construction

We connected with Newlink Construction in late 2023 for a basement finishing and the addition of a bathroom and shower. From the beginning, their team was attentive, thoughtful, and accommodating. Although our project wouldn't start for a few months after our initial conversation and deposit, their team continually checked in and addressed any questions we had. They were even amenable to contract modifications where we bought materials and paid for labor! The project went smoothly, and communication was impeccable. At the conclusion of the job, we were incredibly satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail. We have a few other future projects at our home, and based on this experience, our first and only call will be to Newlink Construction!

This is an excellent construction company. Jas and his dad are just amazing and very knowledgeable on what they do. Their work ethics, suggestions, cleanup at the end of each day, attention to detail, information given at different stages, budget handling, etc was impeccable. They worked till late and with my tantrums. My project was only the backyard but half way through (after seeing their work), I ended up doing my Garage sidings- Stucco and my Front yard with them as well. One thing I liked about the dad; I discussed another in-house project with them and he recommended me NOT to do it because it would bring down the value of the house; greatly appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them for any construction projects.

contractor had to demolish 2nd floor tile porch and rebuild. Involved removing existing railing that was later reinstalled with improvements. Timely completion of work in spite of weather delays. Site area was cleaned up of all debris. At this time some very minor touch up work remain. The contractor coordinator/manager Mr. Jas Singh was professional in his approach. Highly recommended.

Jas and his father did an excellent job with our backyard renovation. Jas communicated with me every step of the construction process and worked with me to meet deadlines. Highly recommend using them, and we plan on using them for future work.
