We called JQ Solutions based on reviews already posted online which made it worthwhile to begin our interview process. Some companies we had contacted did not even stop by to give us a quote; others wanted to tell us how our backyard fence was going to look but we're not listening to our ideas and needs. In other words, it seemed as if they were the customers, the ones to pay for the job. Here is how it went with JQ Solutions: 1) Jeffrey (the owner) came to our property himself to evaluate our demands and spent a good amount of time listening to our ideas for the project. We are VERY particular customers and have little time for excuses we do not like to hear how the job can not be done, rather, what can be done to achieve our goals. Jeffery evaluates all information given while offering his expertise in a manner that would be enthusiastically accepted at the highest levels. 2) He gave us an estimate accompanied by photo samples of the materials to be used followed by an invitation to his shop to provide more choices. 3) The price is extremely fair when comparing quality, completion time, and outcome. His employees reflect his exact principles, so you do not have to worry about a great interaction with the owner and the opposite experience when the crew shows up to get the work done. They are efficient, perform with enthusiasm, and are very polite when asking questions. Our new fence is rock-steady, straight, and the envy of the neighborhood. The whole project was in so much detail that our strict HOA approved it as soon as they met to review our application. We are extremely happy with the entire process.
