Jon was great to work with. He was professional and friendly. He gave me a fair quote and then delivered on our fireplace hearth repair. He and Mario were in an out in no time and our hearth looks great. Plus, he cleaned up - like really cleaned up - any and all mess. I couldn't even tell that they were there. I highly recommend them.

Excellent response time and explanations. We were provided acceptable options based on price. Once we made our decision, JPL came out and did the work not only just as promised, but included at no additional charge a cap replacement that was't mandatory, but now matches the cap on our other chimney.

My fireplace is 30 years old. John checked all connections and advised me that I may have to replace it, but first he wanted to check and see if he could find a part for it. Which I thought was very honest of him because he could of just told me it was to old to fix and I would need to replace it. It is 2 weeks before Christmas and I asked him if we could wait until after the new year. That didn't seem to be a problem for him. I would definitely recommend him to others.
