JN has been great with great technology. Further I have tried many business's to get the Air Conditioning corrected in my home without success. JN stepped in and accomplished more than expected. I will tell you that KN is the first truly professional contract business in Northern Georgia that has shown full expertise.

JN_response time to my HVAC repair needs was quick. The appointment and communications were easy. The technician, Mike delivered great freindly service and was very good at troubleshooting. He was able to narrow down the electrical problem with my HVAC quickly, and had it up an running with in a half hour and wrapped up in under an hour.

Did not have to wait for a week like Sears call. JN came the same day of my call. The Tech. was very good and fixed the problem plus he will come back to make my system much better and cost less to run.

The technician's level of professionalism and knowledge of A/C systems was great! I struggled with the ability of the technician to arrive during the scheduled appointment time. The first visit, he never showed up or called, the 2nd visit he was on-time, and the 3rd visit he arrived early afternoon for an early morning appointment. If your A/C is not working at all, you get priority treatment; however, mine was working, but needed routine maintenance. As a result, I got bumped from an early morning appointment time - without notification.
