James was professional, honest and gave excellent advice! He found the tiles after a lot of searching, made the appointment and installed the tile in half the time expected. BUYER BEWARE!!!! SPENT 13,000 ON NEW FLOORING AND 4 YEARS LATER IT CREAKS IN EVERY ROOM. HE REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND AT LEAST COME LOOK AT IT.

I spent 15min on phone trying to help you troubleshoot telling you it sounded like a Moisture issue I suggested you call a Plumber or use a Humidifier to see if that would correct your flooring squeaks, even though your 1yr Craftsmanship Warranty had expired 3yrs ago.Yesterday was the first time hearing from you, once you became aggressive using foul language talks were over.Now that I'm not answering your calls you're committing Defamation of Character by writing bad reviews.

These guys are very hard working and know what they are doing. If you want someone to do the job right and not cut corners go w these guys, you will not be disappointed.
