I called, left a voice message and Jay got back to me within the hour. I had heard from friends that it was impossible to get an electrician so I was delighted when Jay said that he would be working in the area the next day which was a Saturday and that he could come. I was so surprised and happy! He came as promised and completed the job - was very friendly and easy to work with. I couldn't have been happier!

They were a delight to work with. Communication was excellent. They came within a couple of days of initial contact. Sent the quote soon after reviewing the work. The final cost was under the original estimate. We look forward to an occasion to hire JLS Electrical again when next we need electrical work.

Jay responded promptly to my request for an electrician. He arrived the next day, assessed the four jobs I needed done, and efficiently and effectively got to work. When he discovered on the last job that he needed both an assistant and a higher ladder, he asked if it was OK to return a couple days later. When he and his assistant returned, I had a couple more little jobs which they willingly added to their list. They completed everything. A few days later, I received a detailed invoice for the work they d finished. Jay also sent an estimate for future work I m considering having done. Very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt, and effective.
