Response from Company:
I called customer as soon as I received this review to find out where we let her down. Customer said we did not knock on the door & some leaves were still in a thicket on the side yard. I let customer know we would come out & correct any mistakes the next day & I let her know that I had my guys not knock on the door due to her health condition as she knew around the time we were coming. I did my best to her try & satisfy my customer but she did not want us to come back. I spoke with my crew regarding the customer review & they assured me that they did knock on the door to ask a specific question & customer son answered the door & spoke with them.

I went through three different lawn care companies before coming across Mayes & Son Lawn Care. My search can stop now. This is the one. They have the efficiency of a large company but offer the care and responsiveness of a start up. Darrell, the owner and his team along with his wife and office manager, Michaelle-Ann work seamlessly together to get the job done well. If you are looking for quality work but also quality people, you will not be disappointed with Mayes & Son Lawn Care.

Darrell and crew did a fantastic job recutting my flower bed edges, mulching, and installing Ecoborder for erosion control. Looks AMAZING! Very professional and Michaelanne was great at keeping me informed of the schedule during the 15 day rain event in May. I highly recommend Mayes & Son. Thank you so much for a job well done!
