J c custom services replaced my roof and did an excellent job. They had the old roof off ,the roof redecked, installed roofing and four skylights in less than a day and a half. They were efficient, and the customer service was excellent. And the price was very reasonable.

I had water leaking into my home with more storms on the way, so I was in a tough spot. Mr. Cutshaw and his crew came through for me on short notice, and had the repairs done quickly, before the next round of storms hit. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was high quality, and the price was very reasonable. I’m incredibly grateful for their quick response and excellent service. I highly recommend Mr. Cutshaw and his team!

run from this roofer. he has no idea how to be a professional to me and used low quality materials. two years and i am having issues with the reroof! He used lo quality shingles that had bad ratings and before the shingles were unloaded, i questioned his choice and said they have bad reviews, he laughed at me, was condescending and bullied me into using them saying he would leave my roof exposed for a while so if i wanted better shingles it would be a while, they would cost a-lot more and i didn?t know what i was talking about. As of today two years after my re-roof he?s done with me. he assured me he would give me two roof inspections and follow up after the fact due to my concern about the shingles. I have only received one roof inspection not two. well two years now i have buckling shingles and his response is he has no more obligations to me he went ?above and beyond?. also he never filed a permit. the city had to chase him and force him to retroactively do one

We came back to JC Custom Services LLC for window replacement on 3 of our windows. Terry, Fernando and his crew came, replaced boards that had wood rot and one was cracked. They changed our window design from roll out windows to double hung. They were very professional, timely and courteous. It was finished within the day and cleanup after. I've had several jobs-roof, decks and windows completed by JC Custom Services LLC and we are so impressed with the results of the teams. We highly recommend JC Custom Services LLC. Justin and his team did an amazing job of replacing our roof and cleaning up afterwards. We also had Justin and his team come back to repair a small deck and to put a wood railing around our back deck plus move the steps to a more convenient spot. They did a great job! We just love it! We have plans to have them come back to help us with other projects that need to be done. We highly recommend JC Custom Services LLC. They get the job done and they get it done right.

Justin and his team were great to work with! He was very quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. When we had some financial issues and had to push back our install several weeks. He worked with us and got our roof replaced in a single day! Phenomenal team. I will definitely be using them for all my future projects.

They did a great job. My only issue was they didn’t remove my gutter guards to replace the roof. I think a few of them got bent in the process. They did a better than average job cleaning up each day and after the job was done. Overall I’m satisfied and would recommend.
