Segundo showed up on the day promised with a crew of about 7 people. He completed the roof replacement, as well as the garage roof and even repaired the water damage to the living room ceiling all in one day. His crew was neat and cleaned up everything. I will definitely use him for other projects.

Estimate started at 3.5k once flat roof is ripped up and three days of storms projected the price goes up to 19.5k. Too late to get anyone else. The work is completed, no leaks so far. Contract requested daily - not received. Did get an unsigned proposal/receipt upon completion.

I would like to highly recommend Israel Construction to anyone looking for honorable, reliable, professionals. Israel Construction completely replaced my flat roof which also has a small skylight and an edging of shingles in the front. it had to be fully removed at it had too many layers already and could no longer be repaired. it was causing a leak in my basement back wall as well Segundo the owner & Christhian his colleague were patient, punctual and dedicated to doing a great job. They were quick to get me an estimate & aside from presenting an estimate that was more reasonable than other estimates I had gotten, they also suggested including a few more elements like replacing my skylight & gutters in the price. They used quality materials which were a must for me. They were neat & respectful of my neighbors which was very important since I live in a attached house. They provided me with a warranty on their labor and materials. i spent a lot of time reading the reviews of potential Roofers & they had so many positive reviews so I am happy to add them! Thank you Segundo, Christhian & team of workers for your dedication to satisfying customers & providing a great service. I know that if I have any problems or issues I can rely on you!
