I am so glad I hired Carlos and his staff to do the flooring in my house. He was curtious, Helpful, and very patient. My work schedule is very hectic. Inter-Urban flooring did not even flinch. There are so many great things I can say about Inter-Urban Flooring. But, the first word that comes to mind about Carlos and Eduardo’s and their team is prompt, professional, and courteous! Their customer service is out standing!!! I had a dog for 8 years but realized after taking allergy shots and various allergy medications for years besides many expensive trips to my doctor's office sadly I had to find a new home for my pooch, I was allergy! After finding my dog a home I was constantly cleaning my soiled carpet every six weeks. The pet stains from my dog’s urine had seeped into the padding and it would always resurface. So I decided to have my carpet replaced. Once I made the decision to remove my soiled Carpet. I discovered a beautiful but dirty surprise underneath. I had what most homeowners pay thousands of dollars for; original oak pines floors were revealed. After discovering this treasure, I decided to have my floors refinished there was no way I could cover them up. At the same time I couldn’t entrust this task to just anyone. I set out to find a team of professionals that were reasonably priced and could restore the original beauty to my floors. I interviewed five different sets of professionals but not of them could compare with the level of service I knew I’d get from Inter-Urban Flooring. But, I had one concern. My 80-year-old mother lives in the home and she’s currently on hospice care. Carlos was very concerned about my Mom’s health and the dust getting in her lungs doing the cleaning, sanding and finishing process. They drove form Lancaster to Inglewood just so I could test out the water base products to make sure my Mom would be ok. At the moment I knew I’d made the right choice to hire Inter-Urban flooring. My floors are absolutely stunning and I’m thrilled with the outcome. The price was right! If you are considering a new floor/carpet do yourself a huge favor and go with interurban flooring. This business is one of those rare finds that must be shared with friends and family. The price Carlos quoted me was extremely competitive and the job he did was outstanding. My wife actually cried seeing the brand new floor for the first time. All work was completed in a timely manner and input, and feedback were sought throughout the process. Interurban flooring will not leave your home until you are completely satisfied. I consider myself to be a very discerning customer as I constantly rate businesses good and bad on yelp. This experience was truly a 5 star job and I am happy to recommend interurban flooring to anyone.

Very easy to talk with. I live in Long Beach, and the property is in Palmdale. Carlos met me half way in between to allow me to view samples and discus all options and price. It made me much more comfortable with making a decision both on materials and working with them. I will be calling them again on the next project.

The entire experience was professional and courteous from beginning to end. I asked Carlos for an estimate, which he provided for free. We agreed to a date and ime for the work to be performed. He and his two man crew showed up on time, and performed the work promptly. The level of the work was beyond my greatest expectations. The floors are museum quality, I hate to cover them up with anything because they're so beautiful. I would enthusiastically recommend Inter-Urban floors to anyone who has flooring needs.

Carlos was a breath of fresh air as far as subcontractors go. He did what he said he was going to do and when he said he would do it. His crew helped move the appliances back to where they needed to be, including my commercial stove. They left the project clean and polished. It was a pleasure having a contractor do his scope of work correctly the first time, he worked with my on special details that needed to be resolved. Good guy!
