Customer service and the people involved (salesman, installers) were good and professional. However, I have question the effectiveness of the product (attic foil) to actually radiate heat away from the interior crawl space. There seems to be no difference in temperature of the crawl space.

I'd done the research so they confirmed what I knew. They showed where I needed insulation, explained my options, sold me on it. They arrived on time for their appointment, completed the work ( installed attic insulation, a tent to block air, installed crawlspace insulation, treated for mold around a leaky pipe, installed moisture barrier), cleaned up after themselves, and even returned to clean up a mess made by another contractor doing work. They were courteous, kind, and very professional. I loved the fact that they had a female on the team and she was right at home with doing the work. I highly recommend this company for your insulation needs!
