1930 brick residence rear wall. 90 brick replacements,pointing,sealant,door lintel replacement,window caulking. "no problem" Mani solved all problems. Job finished on time with no up charges. Easy to work with.

Mani has done what is asked and required from the job. He is also very reasonable with the price also.

This is a good company to work with. Mani listened to what we wanted done and clearly wrote a step by step contract that was fulfilled in the time they said it would be finished. After the work was done we discovered a slight problem and they returned and fixed it within a few days. Competent, reliable, good communication.

Excellent work on new plywood and stucco. but mani never asked me what color for final finish thoroughcoat and gave me a sea green which looks ugly. He must have had left over materials. I don’t see the wall was it’s on my neighbors yard but he should have asked before using such a crazy color

UPDATE: The owner has worked with me and personally came and added the mortar and corrected any imperfections. I was specific with my request on what needed to be done on my steps. Everything we stated, once I reviewed the contract they did not even write everything we stated. I had to keep repeating. Once the job started, on the initial price he added 1300 on top saying he needs to do more work. Mind you what he stated was exactly what I requested. I had a back and forth and only paid 400 more on top which honestly I should not have. The job is done but my steps still need touch ups. They still have not returned to complete. Some of the bricks mortar is cracking or did not have enough mortar. I recommend not to use this company.

I was impressed with the commitment to and the timeliness in the execution of the project. I also felt that every attempt was made to address my concerns with respect to what the final product would look like. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mani was absolutely awesome to work with. He took care of every aspect of the projects. He would respond promptly and with courtesy. Very respectful of the needs of the home owner. Highly recommend the company and Mani.
