I've used Fresh Start Cleaning services for over 3 years now. Ingrid and her team are professional, thorough, and care for our home like it's their own. We have a dog and toddler and somehow the team makes our house look spotless every time they come. And they've always provided whatever I need, including add-on services such as rugs, carpet, and upholstery. We've referred Fresh Start Cleaning to several of our friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We love Ingrid and team! They have been cleaning our condo for 3 years now, and they always do a wonderful job. Fresh Start Cleaning has truly been fantastic since we first hired them almost two years ago for house cleaning every other week. Ingrid is very easy to communicate with and flexible when we have needed to reschedule. Ingrid and her team always do a great job cleaning and are very detail oriented (even checking to see about cleaning up a drawing my daughter had done on her bedroom wall—they were able to get the wall looking brand new!) She consistently checks in to confirm schedules and ensure everything meets our expectations. One thing I truly appreciate is how well they incorporate feedback?any adjustments we have requested have been addressed. They also are so sweet with our dog.
