They are very kind and responsive but work can be questionable. They don't pull permits, will break electric codes (Asked to do something they said they could but didn't really say it'd break code. Should have insisted they can't). Not sure if any other codes were broke since no permit=No inspection. When asked if they would fix it, they said it'd be several weeks and hundreds more. They also laughed off noise issues at 9pm when I brought them up.

They responded rapidly and professionally to our request for quote, and were friendly and easy to work with. They appeared on time, did good work, cleaned up afterwards, and fixed something extra that wasn't in our original request. We will use them again and recommend them.

I hired Robert to install recessed lighting and under-cabinet lights in out kitchen while my wife was away hiking the Appalachian Trail. (I wanted to surprise her). :D At the same time, I had him upgrade my 60+ year old electric panel from 100 amp to 200 amp plus install a 100 amp sub-panel in my garage for eventual electric car hookup. Robert was prompt, efficient and extremely efficient. Just as important, he listened to my wishes then offered invaluable suggestions from his vast experience. Things I would never have thought about. Just what you want when you hire a professional! Needless to say, my wife was thrilled when she returned home and continues to comment every time she flips on a light... "I LOVE these lights!"
