They went over and beyond to do things right which includes fixing things that were done poorly previously. There was a bush growing between the house and the AC unit where it shouldn't. I asked if he could let me know when they pulled the old unit so I could remove the bush. He took care of it for me. Down by the furnace, they fixed the slot that the filter goes in. I'm very happy with their work.
Great people, great service, great prices
Certainly one of the most pleasant business experiences we have had. This winter Steve, Kevin, Eric and Joe replaced an old heater/ air conditioner in an addition with a Carrier Ductless Split, which has been terrific. Today our main furnace stopped working. We talked to Kevin around 9am and explained our situation. He and Joe were here late morning, replaced the faulty furnace, explained the machinations of it and the computerized new thermostat and were gone about 4:30. And we now have heat! These gentlemen were all thorough, professional and friendly. My husband and I are retired and have dealt with lots of tradesmen through the years, but few as capable as Indoor Comfort.
Good workmanship
This company installed a new home generator for me and did a decent job with a true install. They recommended an oil change after 6 months. I scheduled this with them and no one showed up. I called the office and was told that someone would contact me the next week to reschedule. No one contacted me. I called again the next week the try to schedule again and was told that someone would contact me on Monday. It has now been over 3 weeks. I have called the office 5 times with zero return calls and have not gotten an oil change. They will install the product but will not maintain it ( obviously it is not where the money is) there is less than zero customer service. I do not recommend this company.

They replaced my furnace really fast and did a great job.
I had a new furnace an thermostat installed 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for an itemized receipt for the work completed. I have called the office numerous times and have also called the owner for this information. Today, the voicemail box was full and I was unable to speak with office personnel again about obtaining an itemized receipt. The owner was out to my home quickly to set up the install early the following week (4 days). I have attempted to procure my receipt from the install that took place 3 weeks ago. You may want to search for other companies if you are needing a new furnace and thermostat.
