They did a good job on the work, the only thing I would say is the clean up was lacking some. When the job was finished I noticed they had left a mess around the yard, but the overall job was very good.

He arrived later than expected but still completed the work on time. I thought he was a little expensive but there was a lot to do--pick up and dispose of the white rocks in the flower beds (rocks used by many during the water crisis) and dig up all of the weeds which had overtaken the rocks. The process left a lot of dust and dirt scattered and I did request that he clean up most of it, which he did pleasantly.

All I can say after Hugo Diaz completed remodel my backyard is I am a Happy Customer with maximum Satisfaction. Hugo finished this big project for me even before the day he promised. During the time he and his team worked on it, if we had any thing or issue, just let him know, he then very glad to fix it right away for us. Sometimes he had to go extra miles trying to keep his customer satisfaction at a highest level. I can see that and that why we did give his lovely daughter Melody a small gift just to show our appreciation.

I hired them a few times for work and every time they were professional, on time and within budget. I not only had them do some great looking planter boxes that were custom built for our space, but they also laid concrete for me a few times and everything is always done clean and pro looking. I've hired a lot of people over the years and Hugo and his team are the only service I've ever been 100% happy with.
