Dennis did a good job on installing a biofalls and reworking the rocks in the waterfalls. As he promised the water in the pond remains crystal clear. I will call him next year.

Shortly after hiring IDW to replace outdoor accent lighting bulbs, one burned out. We were told that he was using (and we were paying for) long life halogen bulbs. We contacted Dennis Slattery by e-mail twice......with no response. We were concerned about the time of year that he was doing landscaping in our front yard as well. We were told the plants were hardy, wouldn't need much attention because of all the rain we had had and that it wasn't too cold to be planting. Half the plants are dead. We paid Dennis a small fortune for the work as we were anxious to get it done. Apparently customer satisfaction is not IDW's top priority!

I never received an email from the above named customer and have checked several times to be sure it was not mistakenly moved. The light bulb in question was not a halogen bulb and carried no warranty nor guarantee. The landscaping that was completed was well within the normal winter temperatures that we install plant materials in the winter in Georgia. Unfortunately due to extremely cold temperatures that we are not normally dealing with in this area, the plantings could be winter damaged. The home owner was appraised that Imagine does not warranty acts of God. You can plainly see by our other reviews that we have a high satisfaction ratin

We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. We finally have the waterfall we have always wanted. Dennis was courteous, and responsive. The project was completed on time and the cost was as agreed upon. You could not ask for anything else out of a company. Would definitely recommend this company.

My experience was great! Dennis stayed in contact with me through a move to a new home. He made himself available for my schedule to get together to go over what we were looking for in a water feature and even suggested something we hadn't heard about, but which turned out to be the perfect project for our location - a pondless waterfall... It is beautiful and we really enjoy hearing the special sounds Dennis created thru his use of hand-selected stone and placement of the stones...

Dennis and his assistants did an excellent job installing our water feature. Dennis provided excellent service before, during, and after installation. He returned to our home a few days after installation to check on our satisfaction and to take pictures. All aspects of the project were completed on time as promised. We would highly recommend Dennis to anyone considering adding a water feature to their landscape.

Dennis did a great job on our water feature. He turned a flat yard into a bog, stream (20+ feet), and approx. 11' x 17' pond. We are very happy with the results and Dennis' willingness to build exactly what we wanted. Thanks!!
