After water damage to our kitchen we were so fortunate to find and work with Idaho Disaster Solutions! We had been working with another local company dragging their feet for MONTHS! Never again! We found IDS and within one month, they had done more than the other company had done in eight! I recommend IDS for their integrity, clear communication, quality work and the way they were true consumer advocates for us. We now have a beautiful kitchen that I would never have dreamed about WITHIN OUR INSURANCE BUDGET! They are on the top of our list for our future home improvement projects as well as on top of our referral list to our friends! I highly recommend Idaho Disaster Solutions.

Friendly and honest

A re-wallpapering project for our second bathroom turned into a disaster when the company we hired to prepare the walls did not re-seat the toilet properly. When we discovered that the seal had been leaking for a month, we called Idaho Plumbing/Disaster Solutions and they were at our house within 45 minutes. All the subsequent work of demolition, drying, and reconstruction was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. It was especially helpful that Idaho Plumbing/Disaster Solutions also worked with the original companyâ s insurance adjuster. Everyone, Jason, Curt, Curtis, and James of Idaho Plumbing/Disaster Solutions did excellent work. All were respectful and considerate. Idaho Disaster Solutions also knew just the right subcontractors to contact for us to get our bathroom re-constructed. They oversaw everything and insisted that the work done by subcontractors met their high-quality standards. The bathroom looks better now than before

Cody did most of the work by himself. He did a good job and was very nice. It probably could have been done quicker if he had more help. Otherwise everything was fine.

We were in the process of selling our property and during an inspection, it was noted that there was a possibility of mold in one of the areas. We had Idaho Disaster Solutions come and check which they did find. They were very upfront with what was needed to remedy the issue. They kept me informed with anything else they came across and explained the best way to handle it. We were also working with the couple that were buying the place and between Curt and James, they worked to make both parties happy! I highly recommend Idaho Disaster Solutions! You can't go wrong with these guys!!

Curt & James were responsive, knowledgeable & took care of the job very efficiently. They made sure everything was taken care of appropriately & completed their work in a timely manner. As it was crawl space work, they sent pictures so I could see everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Curt and the team were responsive to my call. Got me scheduled right away; kept me updated on their progress. I work in the insurance industry with many claims issues and many vendors. Idaho Septic/Plumbing did not disappoint. I would use them again and recommend.

They did a good job responding to a serious attic mold situation. I appreciated that they kept in contact with me and kept me informed through the process. Also, they knew what they were doing and managed/ timed the subs involved.
