Mr. Robles did an amazing job on adjusting, repairing, and capping our irrigation system. He was an Army of One and knocked it out very quickly and without issue. We will definitely be using Irrigation Management of Texas for our future projects!

I wanted him to find a sprinkler head. He could not find it and put in another instead. It cost me $200--more than I anticipated to find a sprinkler head.

Hi Barbara, I didn't know you were not satisfied with my service. Customer satisfaction is a priority for me. As far as the project, I showed you that the rotor you wanted to find did not exist in the area, some one had rerouted the lines before me, after all the labor digging trying to find the lines and the material I believe a $210 bill is a great deal. you came and saw all the digging I had to do to find the lines. but again if I would have known then, I would make sure to ensure you were satisfied before leaving the property.

These guys were great. They were here all afternoon, in 100 degree heat. They checked every inch of the sprinkler system, where there were problems, they fixed them immediately. They were so wonderful, I gave them 5 stars across the board because they deserve it. I couldn't be happier. I have had bad experiences in the past, so this was refreshing. They found when I had the fence replaced, several heads were outside of the fence. They moved those inside. They found another zone that had never been hooked up to the control box. Last year, a drunk driver hit my house and travelled through my yard, to the property behind me. I never realized that the car had pushed the valves and the pipe deep into the ground where the zones hooked up. I merely thought it was another dip in the yard from the car. They fixed that. This is the happiest and most satisfied I have been with a contractor.
