Generator installed a few years ago. Stopped working and needed maintenance. Hurricane took a few months to send a tech, who eventually came, charged for the site visit, and said he'd return with needed parts. Six months later, no parts nor tech have returned, the generator is still not working, and I have repeatedly telephoned, emailed, and sent letters to Hurricane, and have received no response.

The techs from Hurricane Home Solutions were great. They were very thorough in their work. Both techs took the time to answer any questions we had and showed us every single detail of how the generator works. I highly recommend Hurricane Home Solutions.

Details of arrival time on the day of installation were provided in advance. The technicians called a half hour in advance to confirm arrival time and arrived precisely when they had said. Recently had some warranty work done on our propane generator unit, we were very happy with the service during installation and we have been equally happy with follow up maintenance calls, the automated text response and timing updates allowed us to be present and available during service for questions... our technician Mike Root was courteous informative and diligent with his care and maintenance of the machine offering tips and even some self performance guidance... since we rely on our generator to keep us going during an emergency or when the power is out it's equally important for us to be able to depend on a service and maintenance team that is dedicated and knowledgeable

The job was started and completed in 1 day including the installation and connection of new propane tank! Underwriter inspection and all approved quickly! Hurricane Solutions did all the coordination with propane vendor all I had to do was stand back and watch!
